Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

It must be returned within 30 days of delivery

A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

Non-refundable Items

Perishable goods (e.g. pet treats, food)

Personalized or custom products

Gift cards

Used grooming or hygiene products

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved:

The refund will be processed to your original payment method

It may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take time before the refund posts
